The geographical scope of the insurance covers activities in the member states of the European Union and thus satisfies the requirements of Section 51 Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO).

- Specialist Lawyer Code (Fachanwaltsordnung – FAO)
- Attorney Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (- RVG)
- Code of Conduct for EU Attorneys (CCBE)

Profession regulations forbid attorneys from representing conflicting interests (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Therefore, we always carefully check for conflicts of interest before accepting a commission.
Extrajudicial dispute conciliation
In the event of disputes between attorneys and their clients, extrajudicial dispute conciliation is available upon application from the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association (pursuant to Section 73(2)(3) in conjunction with Section 73(5) BRAO) or the Attorney Arbitration Centre Section 191 f. BRAO (at the Federal Law Bar, see www.brak.de).
